Installation Procedure

  1. Install the stabilizer shaft.
  2. Install the stabilizer shaft insulators to the stabilizer shaft with the slit facing forward.
  3. Bend the stabilizer shaft bracket downward to close around the stabilizer shaft insulators.
    4. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    NOTE:

    Ensure the stabilizer shaft is centered before installing the bracket bolts.

  4. Install the stabilizer shaft bracket bolts.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the stabilizer shaft bracket bolts to 33 N.m (24 lb ft).

  5. Install the stabilizer shaft links. Refer to Stabilizer Shaft Link Replacement (FE1 and FE3) , Stabilizer Shaft Link Replacement (FE7) .
  6. Lower the vehicle.
