Installation Procedure

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  1. Install the engine oil pressure switch (1) to the oil filter adapter (3).

    Tighten 

    Tighten the engine oil pressure switch to 16 N.m (12 lb ft).

  2. Install the oil filter adapter. Refer to Oil Filter Adapter Replacement .
  3. Lower the vehicle.
  4. Adjust the engine oil level to the full mark.
  5. Inspect for oil leaks after engine start up.
