Telescope Motor Assembly Replacement

Preliminary Procedures Remove the left side instrument panel insulator panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Left Side . Remove the driver knee bolster. Refer to Driver Knee Bolster Replacement .
1	Steering Column Telescope Actuator Cable Tip: The steering column telescope actuator cable contains ends that must be gently squeezed to release it from the telescope actuator assembly and the telescope motor assembly.
2	Steering Column Telescope Actuator Cable Spring
3	Steering Column Telescope Actuator Motor Bolt (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten: 1.5 N.m (13 lb in)
4	Telescope Motor Assembly Procedure Disconnect any electrical connectors as needed. Transfer any parts as needed.
