Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement

Fastener Tightening Specifications: Refer to Fastener Tightening Specifications . Preliminary Procedure Remove the upper radiator air deflector. IMPORTANT: Drain only the fluid from the radiator surge tank. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill) , Cooling System Draining and Filling (Vac-N-Fill) .
1	Radiator Inlet Hose TIP: Using J 38185 , position the radiator inlet hose clamps aside and remove the hose from the radiator and engine.

Preliminary Procedure

Remove the upper radiator air deflector.

IMPORTANT:

Drain only the fluid from the radiator surge tank.

Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill) , Cooling System Draining and Filling (Vac-N-Fill) .
