Removal Procedure

    IMPORTANT:

    Note the routing of the engine oil cooler lines to ensure proper installation.

  1. Remove the radiator assembly. Refer to Radiator Replacement .
    2. Fig 1: Identifying Engine Oil Cooler Inlet Line

  2. Remove the engine oil cooler inlet line (2) from the engine oil filter adaptor using DT-47731 .
  3. Remove the engine oil cooler outlet line (1) from the engine oil filter adaptor.
  4. Remove the engine oil cooler lines from the vehicle.
