Conditions for Clearing the DTC

DTC P1258 is a Type A DTC.
If the Overheated Engine Protection Mode is active and DTC P0117 sets, then the Overheated Engine Protection Mode will remain active at start-up of the next trip until DTC P0117 runs and passes.
