Heater Pipes Replacement

Callout	Component Name
Preliminary Procedure Partially drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill) , Cooling System Draining and Filling (Vac-N-Fill) . Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement .
1	Heater Outlet Pipe Nut CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
2	Heater Outlet Pipe TIP: Using J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers, position heater outlet hose clamps aside and remove hose from the heater hose and engine.

Tighten
25 N.m (18 lb ft)

TIP: Using J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers, position heater outlet hose clamps aside and remove hose from the heater hose and engine.
