Callout Component Name

Preliminary Procedure

  1. Remove the floor console. Refer to Console Replacement .
  2. Disconnect the auxiliary blower assembly electrical connectors.
1 Auxiliary Temperature Actuator Screw (Qty: 3)
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .


Tighten 
1 N.m (9 lb in)
2 Auxiliary Temperature Actuator
3 Auxiliary Blower Motor Assembly Screw (Qty: 3)
Tighten 
1 N.m (9 lb in)
4 Auxiliary Blower Motor Assembly
5 Auxiliary Blower Motor Screw (Qty: 3)
Tighten 
1 N.m (9 lb in)
6 Auxiliary Blower Motor
7 Auxiliary Temperature Actuator Mode Cam Screw
Tighten 
1 N.m (9 lb in)
8 Auxiliary Temperature Actuator Mode Cam
9 Auxiliary Temperature Actuator Mode Cam Lever (Qty: 2)
10 Auxiliary Blower Housing Right
11 Auxiliary Blower Housing Temperature Door
12 Auxiliary Blower Housing Left
