Installation Procedure

    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  1. Install the accessory belt tensioner (1) and tighten to 50 N.m (36.8 lb ft).

  3. Install the power steering belt. Refer to Power Steering Pump Replacement (1.4L LDT and 1.6L LXV Engines) .
  4. Rotate the tensioner star-nut (1) and install the accessory belt.
  5. Install the engine front shield at the position of right front wheel.
