Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the camshaft intake and exhaust sprockets. Refer to Camshaft Intake Sprocket with Actuator Replacement  and Camshaft Exhaust Sprocket with Actuator Replacement .
    2. Fig 1: Camshaft Seal Rings

    NOTE: Extremely take care of contacting of camshaft surface. If damaged on the camshaft surface, engine oil could be leaked.
  2. Remove the camshaft seal ring (1).
