Preliminary Procedure: Remove the console. Refer to Front Floor Console Replacement .
1	Transmission Range Selector Cable Procedure Position the transmission shift control lever to the park position. Remove the range selector cable from the transmission shift control lever.
2	Transmission Shift Control Lever Bolt (Qty: 4) NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice . Tighten: 9 N.m (80 lb in)
3	Transmission Shift Control Lever Procedure: Disconnect the electrical connector from the transmission shift control lever.
