Heater Hoses Replacement

Fastener Tightening Specifications: Refer to Fastener Tightening Specifications . Preliminary Procedure Partially drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Vac-N-Fill) or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill) . Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement .
1	Heater Inlet and Outlet Pipe Assembly Tip: Using the J 47622 Heater Hose Clamp Tool, position heater hose clamps aside and remove the heater hoses.

Partially drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Vac-N-Fill) or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill) .
Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement .

Heater Inlet and Outlet Pipe Assembly
Tip: Using the J 47622 Heater Hose Clamp Tool, position heater hose clamps aside and remove the heater hoses.
