Air Door Actuator / Motor: Adjustments

Mode Linkage Adjustment





1. Remove the mode control cable (2) from the clip (1) at the HVAC module assembly.
2. Set the mode dial to Defrost.
3. Hold the door lever fully rearward, clockwise.
4. Install the cable (2) to the clip (1).
5. Test the cable for smooth operation.
6. Test that the door opens fully in both directions.
