63. Exhaust Manifold Installation

Exhaust Manifold Installation

1. Install the exhaust manifold and new gasket.





Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice (Fastener Notice).

2. Install the 3 exhaust manifold bolts (1-3) and 2 exhaust manifold nuts (4-5).

Tighten the exhaust manifold nuts and bolts to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).

3. Install the lower heat insulator.

Tighten the lower heat insulator bolts to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).

4. Install the 5 upper heat insulator bolts.

Tighten the upper heat insulator bolts to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).





5. Install the exhaust manifold bracket to the manifold bolt.

Tighten the exhaust manifold bracket bolt to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).
