Lower Intake Manifold Removal

  1. Disconnect the camshaft position sensor and engine coolant temperature sensor electrical connector.
  2. Remove the fuel injector rail bolts.
  3. Remove the fuel injector rail assembly.

  4. Remove the heater inlet pipe nut.
  5. Remove the heater inlet pipe.
  6. Remove the hose clamp and hose from the thermostat bypass pipe.

  7. Remove and discard the lower intake manifold bolts.
  8. Remove the lower intake manifold.
