Installation Procedure

  1. Position the transmission mount on the frame rail.
    2. Fig 1: View Of Left Transmission Mount & Frame Rail Bolts

    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  2. Install the transmission mount to frame rail bolts and tighten to 37 N.m (27 lb ft).

  3. Install the transmission mount to transmission bolts and tighten to 55 N.m (41 lb ft).
  4. Install the battery tray. Refer to Battery Tray Replacement .
  5. Remove the engine support. Refer to Engine Support Fixture .
