Preliminary Procedure: 
Remove the steering column upper trim panel. Refer to Steering Column Trim Cover Replacement .
1 Instrument Panel Cluster Trim Panel
Procedure: 
Pull rearward to disengage the retainer clips.
2 Retainer Clip (Qty: 4)
