Upper Intake Manifold Assemble Procedure

  1. If removed, install the NEW expansion plugs into the upper intake manifold.

  2. Install the NEW throttle body gasket.

  3. Install the throttle body.

  4. Install the throttle body bolts and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
