Lower Intake Manifold Assemble Procedure

  1. Install the upper-to-lower intake manifold alignment pins.

  2. Install the fuel injector rail.

    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  3. Install the fuel injector rail bolts and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  4. Install the fuel injector wiring harness and connect the fuel injector wiring harness connectors.
