Preliminary Procedures Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle . Remove the left engine splash shield. Refer to Engine Splash Shield Replacement . Support the transmission with a transmission jack.
1	Transmission Mount Nut (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten: 50 N.m (37 lb ft)
2	Transmission Mount Nut (Qty: 2) Tighten: 50 N.m (37 lb ft)
3	Transmission Mount Procedure: Using the transmission jack, lift the transmission just enough to gain clearance to remove the transmission mount from between the frame bracket and the transmission mount bracket.
