Installation Procedure

  1. If the air cleaner assembly was replaced, install the MAF/IAT sensor. Refer to Mass Airflow Sensor with Intake Air Temperature Sensor Replacement .
  2. Install the air cleaner assembly by inserting the two pins into the front panel.
    3. CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  3. Install the air cleaner bolt.

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolt to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  4. Connect the engine wiring harness electrical connector to the MAF/IAT sensor.
  5. Install the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement .
