Installation Procedure

Fig 1: Removing/Installing Radiator Outlet Hose At Radiator

Install the radiator outlet hose to the radiator.
Install the radiator outlet hose clamp to the radiator.
Lower the vehicle.

Install the radiator outlet hose to the engine.
Install the radiator outlet hose clamp to the engine.
Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (LY7 GE 47716 Fill) or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LNJ GE 47716 Fill) or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LNJ Static Fill) or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LY7 Static Fill) .
