Installation Procedure

Install the radiator inlet hose to the engine.
Install the radiator inlet hose clamp to the engine.

Install the radiator inlet hose to the radiator.

Install the radiator inlet hose clamp to the radiator.
Install the upper radiator bracket to the radiator.

CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Install the upper radiator bracket bolt to the radiator support. Tighten the bolt to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).
Install the upper fascia retainers to the radiator support.
Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (LY7 GE 47716 Fill) or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LNJ GE 47716 Fill) or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LNJ Static Fill) or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LY7 Static Fill) .
