Installation Procedure

  1. Install NEW catalytic converter to exhaust flexible pipe gaskets.
  2. Install the exhaust system (1).
  3. Install the exhaust hanger insulators to the hangers.

    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  4. Install the right and left catalytic converter to exhaust flexible pipe nuts and tighten to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
  5. Check the entire exhaust system for leaks.
  6. Lower the vehicle.
