Installation Procedure

Install the exhaust flexible pipe (2) to the muffler (3).
Insert NEW catalytic converter to flexible pipe gaskets (1) between the catalytic converters and the exhaust flexible pipe.
Install the exhaust flexible pipe to the catalytic converters.

CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten the exhaust muffler clamps (1) to 5 N.m (44 lb in).

Install the flexible pipe insulator to the pipe hanger.
Install the right and left catalytic converter to exhaust flexible pipe nuts and tighten to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
