Installation Procedure

  1. Install the lower intake manifold gasket.
  2. Install the lower intake manifold bolts (1).
    3. CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  3. Install the fuel injectors and fuel rail and tighten the bolts to 23 N.m (17 lb ft). Refer to Fuel Injector and Fuel Rail Replacement .
