Drive Belt Idler Pulley Bracket Replacement



Drive Belt Idler Pulley Bracket Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the supercharger drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement (Service and Repair) .




2. Remove the drive belt idler pulley bolt.
3. Remove the drive belt idler pulley.




4. Remove the idler pulley bracket bolts.
5. Remove the idler pulley bracket.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the drive belt idler pulley bracket.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice .

2. Install the idler pulley bracket bolts.

Tighten the bolts to 30 N.m (22 lb ft).





3. Install the drive belt idler pulley.
4. Install the drive belt idler pulley bolt.

Tighten the bolt to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).





5. Install the supercharger drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement (Service and Repair) .
