Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
  2. Remove the left front tire and wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .
  3. Remove the left engine splash shield. Refer to Engine Splash Shield Replacement .
  4. Use floor stands to support the transaxle.

  5. Using a jack, slightly take the weight off mount, and remove the transaxle bracket to transaxle mount upper nuts.

  6. Remove the transaxle bracket to transaxle bolts.
  7. Remove the transaxle bracket.
