Conditions for Setting the DTC

P0030 and P0036

• The control module detects that the HO2S 1 heater control circuit status is incorrect for more than 2 seconds.
• This diagnostic runs continuously.

P0053 and P0054

• The control module detects that the HO2S 1 heater calculated resistance is not within an expected range at engine start-up for 1 second.

P0135

• The HO2S heater current is less than the following:
  • L26-0.24 amp
  • L26 with NU6, where applicable-0.31 amp for at least 17 out of 20 samples

    OR

• The HO2S heater current is more than the following:
  • L26-0.94 amp
  • L26 with NU6, where applicable-1.43 amps for at least 17 out of 20 samples
• There are 5 tests during each trip with a 30-second delay between each test.
• Each test duration is 1 second.

P0141

• The HO2S heater current is less than 0.21A or more than 0.96A for at least 17 out of 20 test samples.
• Five test samples during each trip with a 30-second delay between each test.
• Each test duration is 1 second.
