Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the battery ground (negative) cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (L26) .
    2. Fig 1: Engine Mount Strut, Bracket & Bolts - Right

  2. Remove the right engine mount strut from the right engine mount strut bracket.
  3. Remove the air conditioning compressor mounting bolts. Refer to Compressor Replacement (L26) .
  4. Remove and set the air conditioning compressor aside.

  5. Remove the bolts from the right engine mount strut bracket.
  6. Remove the right engine mount strut bracket.
