Supercharger Removal

  1. Remove the spark plug wires from spark plugs and retaining clips.
  2. Remove the wiring harness from fuel rail.
  3. Remove the supercharger bypass valve harness
  4. Remove the fuel injector rail nuts.
  5. Remove the fuel injector rail.

  7. Remove the supercharger bypass valve nut and hose.
  8. Remove the supercharger bypass valve.

  10. Remove the engine wiring harness heat shield bolt and nut.
  11. Remove the engine wiring harness heat shield.

  13. Remove the MAP and BARO sensor retaining clips.
  14. Remove the MAP and BARO sensors.

  16. Remove the MAP/BARO sensor bracket bolts and bracket.

    IMPORTANT: Note the location of the bolts and the bolt sizes to aid in installation.
  18. Remove the throttle body bolts and nuts.
  19. Remove the throttle body and seal.

  21. Remove the bolts and the stud from the supercharger.
  22. Remove the supercharger.

  24. Remove the supercharger gasket.
