Open the fuel filler door.
Remove the fuel filler cap.
Remove the fuel filler pocket screws (1) from the pocket.

Remove the fuel filler pocket (1) from the vehicle.

Drill out the rivets (1) from the fuel filler door hinge.

Remove the fuel filler door from the quarter panel.
