Removal Procedure

  1. Open the hood.
    2. Fig 1: View Of Rear Side Hood Seal

  2. Pull the rear side hood seal, located at the end of the plenum to hood seal, from the fender.
  3. Remove the seal from the vehicle.
  4. Clean any adhesive from the pinch-weld flange and hood hinge using 3M™ P/N 8984.
