Fore-Aft Adjustment

  1. Raise the hood.
  2. Support the hood.
  3. Loosen the hood (1) mounting bolts.
    4. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  4. Adjust the hood to the front fender clearance gap to between 2.5-5.5 mm (0.10-0.22 in) on each side of the hood. Tighten the hood mounting bolts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the hood mounting bolts to 13 N.m (9 lb ft).

  5. Remove the hood support.
  6. Lower the hood.
