Removal Procedure

  1. Open the rear door.
  2. Remove the lower center pillar trim. Refer to Center Pillar Lower Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
  3. Remove the rear quarter lower trim. Refer to Rear Quarter Lower Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
  4. Remove the weatherstrip.

    Starting in the center bottom of the weatherstrip, pull the weatherstrip upward and away from the pinch-weld flange.

  5. Remove the weatherstrip from the door opening.
