Condition for Running the DTC

DTC P0011, P0012, P0115, P0116, P0117, P0118 are not set.
The engine is running between 600-1,400 RPM.
The CMP actuator system is active.
DTC P0016 runs once per drive cycle when the above conditions have been met.
