Exhaust Manifold Removal

Remove the exhaust manifold brace to the manifold bolt.

Remove the 5 upper heat insulator bolts.
Remove the heat insulator.
Remove the 3 exhaust manifold bolts (1-3) and 2 exhaust manifold nuts (4-5).
Remove the exhaust manifold and gasket.
