Installation Procedure

  1. Install the accessory power receptacle, if removed. Refer to Accessory Power Receptacle Replacement - 115 Volt AC - Instrument Panel (I/P) in Power Outlets.
  2. Install the cigar lighter assembly, if removed. Refer to Cigar Lighter Housing Replacement - Floor Console in Power Outlets.
  3. Connect the following components:
    • The 2 cigar lighter electrical connectors
    • The accessory power receptacle electrical connectors
  4. Install the front floor console trim plate (2) to the front floor console assembly. Ensure that the retaining clips are fully engaged.
  5. Install the center screw (1).
  6. Install the center A/C control knob (3).
  7. Install the manual transmission shift knob, if equipped.
