Installation Procedure

  1. Install the windshield defroster grille (2) to the instrument panel, making sure the retainer clips are fully engaged.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the 3 screw (1) attaching the windshield defroster grille (2) to the instrument panel.

    Tighten:  Tighten the screw to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

  3. Install the instrument panel outer cover. Refer to Instrument Panel (I/P) Outer Trim Cover Replacement .
