Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the trim plate. Refer to Trim Plate Replacement - Instrument Panel (I/P) Accessory (Pontiac) Trim Plate Replacement - Instrument Panel (I/P) Accessory (Chevrolet) in Instrument Panel, gages and Console, Cavalier and Sunfire service information.
  2. Disconnect the connector.
  3. Remove the fuel gage selector switch from the plate.
