Installation Procedure

  1. Align the compartment to the upper trim plate.

    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the compartment screws.

    Tighten:  Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

  5. Align the side trim panels to the locators.
  6. Install the side trim panel screws.

    Tighten:  Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

  8. Install the compartment screws.

    Tighten:  Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

  10. Align the rear cover to the floor console.

  12. Install the rear cover screws.

    Tighten:  Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

  14. Install the wiring harness.
  15. Install the accessory power receptacle to the console compartment. Refer to Accessory Power Receptacle Replacement - Floor Console in Power Outlets.
  16. Install the armrest and the hinge. Refer to Console Armrest Replacement - Front Floor .
  17. Install the compartment mat.
  18. Install the floor console. Refer to Console Replacement - Front Floor .
