Installation Procedure

  1. Install the instrument panel compartment door lock striker (2) to the instrument panel (1).
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the two screws (3) attaching the instrument panel compartment door lock striker (2) to the instrument panel (1).

    Tighten:  Tighten the two screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

  3. Close the instrument panel compartment door (6).
