Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the retainer (3) attaching the closeout panel (2) to the HVAC unit, if equipped.
  2. Remove the two retainers (4) attaching the closeout panel (2) to the instrument panel.
  3. Lower the closeout panel (2) and withdraw the retaining lug (5) from the pedal bracket.
  4. Remove the stepwell lamp (1) by rotating the socket and removing from the closeout panel (2).
  5. Remove the closeout panel from the vehicle.
