Test Description
The numbers below refer to the step numbers on the diagnostic table.
- 1: This test confirms that the Powertrain OBD System Check has been performed.
- 2: If DTCs U1000 or U1001 are set, these PIM DTCs should be diagnosed first.
- 3: This test determines if any DTCs are stored in the PCM memory. To determine if a DTC is current, select "DTC Information / Failed This Ignition".
- 4: This test confirms if the DTC is current.
