Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.

Important: Engage the ridges of the oil pump drive rotor with the flat sections of the crankshaft.

Install the oil pump. Use a new oil pump gasket.

NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
Use the five oil pump bolts in order to secure the oil pump.
Tighten

Tighten the oil pump bolts to 11 N.m (97 lb in).
Install the timing chain. Refer to TIMING CHAIN AND SPROCKETS REPLACEMENT .
