Front Park Brake Cable: Installation

  1. Install the front park brake cable to the equalizer.
  2. If the vehicle is front-wheel drive, complete the following steps:
    • Install front floor center heat shield and the 2 nuts.
    • Install the front floor forward heat shield and the 3 nuts.
    • Install the catalytic converter.
    • Lower the vehicle.
  3. Install the park brake lever. See PARK BRAKE LEVER ASSEMBLY  .
  4. Install the rear floor console.
