Installation Procedure

  1. Align the compartment housing with the IP.
  2. Press inward on both sides of the compartment housing. Rotate upward and inward to install the housing into the IP.

  3. Hand tighten the IP compartment hinge screws.
  4. Align the IP compartment housing in order to ensure the correct fit.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  5. Install the IP compartment hinge screws.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

  6. Close the IP compartment.
