P/S Cooler Pipe/Hose Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Raise and support the vehicle.
2. Remove the engine splash shield.
3. Remove the cooler pipe low pressure line from the power steering gear.
4. Remove the low pressure hose from the cooler pipe.
5. Remove the cooler pipe retaining screws and brackets.
6. Remove the cooler pipe.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the cooler pipe.
2. Install the cooler pipe retaining screws and brackets.
3. Install the low pressure hose to the cooler pipe.
4. Install the cooler pipe low pressure line to the power steering gear.
5. Install the engine splash shield.
6. Lower the vehicle.
