Recirculation Actuator Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the upper IP trim pad.
2. Disconnect the recirculation actuator electrical connector.




3. Remove the mounting screws from the recirculation actuator.
4. Remove the recirculation actuator.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the recirculation actuator.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the recirculation actuator mounting screws.

Tighten
Tighten the screws to 1.6 N.m (14 lb in).




3. Connect the recirculation actuator electrical connector
4. Install the upper IP trim pad. Refer to Compartment Replacement - IP in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
