Engine Mount Strut Bracket Replacement - RightRemoval Procedure
1. Remove the right engine mount strut from the right engine mount strut bracket.
2. Remove the engine oil cooler coolant line bracket bolt.
3. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
4. Remove the lower radiator baffle.
5. Remove the lower engine mount strut bracket bolt from the right engine mount strut bracket.
6. Remove the air conditioning compressor mounting bolts.
7. Remove and set the air conditioning compressor aside.
8. Lower the vehicle.
9. Remove the vertical engine mount strut bracket bolt from the right engine mount strut bracket.
10. Remove the right engine mount strut bracket.
Installation Procedure
1. Position the right engine mount strut bracket over the pin locator.
2. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
3. Install the vertical engine mount strut bracket bolt through the right engine mount strut bracket to the cylinder head.
^ Tighten the engine mount strut bracket bolt to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
4. Install the lower engine mount strut bracket bolt through the right engine mount strut bracket into the cylinder block.
^ Tighten the engine mount strut bracket bolt to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
5. Install the air-conditioning compressor.
6. Install the lower radiator baffle.
7. Lower the vehicle.
8. Install the engine oil cooler coolant line bracket bolt.
9. Install the right engine mount strut to the right engine mount strut bracket.
